I had a fantastic stay in this hotel - the room was nice and clean, with a lovely view of the river and even the famous landmarks. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the river, close to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent enough.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is within walking distance of attractions on both sides of the river, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to everything, it offers easy access to all the must-see sights. The rooms are spacious and the staff is extremely helpful, providing friendly service. there is a nice small relais atmosphere and a well-lit parking area in front of the hotel.
Rooms facing the common area can be noisy at times.

Comfortable and large bed with a well-stocked minibar at affordable prices. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a restful stay.

The hotel's location by the river was excellent with easy access to the city center. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful and provided good recommendations for parking. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Florence.

Great location with easy access to major sights and away from the tourist crowds. Spacious room with traditional Italian design including high ceilings and old beams. Friendly and helpful English-speaking reception available 24 hours a day.
Limited breakfast options compared to larger chain hotels. The building's exterior may not be visually appealing and there is a nearby parking lot that can be noisy.
